    2. The return or exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of the delivery date

    3. The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If the return or exchange is due to a CASACAE error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return or exchange is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

  • Please note that the refund or exchange process may take up to 10 business days to complete, from the time we receive the request or returned item. While we aim to process your request as quickly as possible, this timeframe allows us to thoroughly inspect the returned item and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to fulfill your request.
